Assuming you believe in the theory that the dinosaurs were exterminated by a giant meteor hitting the earth this should make sense to you. If the dinosaurs had never gone extinct whose to say that they wouldn't have evolved to be as intelligent as humans. This is his theory that if the meteor had never struck dinosaurs would continue to rule the earth. So why couldn't dinosaur like creatures not exist on other planets. Imagine a T-Rex with the intelligence of a human. I think we should avoid that.

Recently the air speed velocity of both the African and European unladen swallows was finally determined last week.
